How It Works

All our pieces are bespoke and made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it’s added straight to our studio workflow. We aim to dispatch within 5–10 working days – often sooner – and you’ll receive email updates so you can follow its journey.

Working to a deadline? Drop us a line before ordering – we can often shuffle things around to help, especially for birthdays, events, or last-minute gifting.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only.

Free delivery on all orders over £30
– Flat rate of £3.50 for orders £30 and under

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted courier, depending on size. If your order is a gift, you can leave a note at checkout – we’ll remove pricing from the paperwork and can even include a short message for that added personal touch.

Refunds

We hope you love your order – but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. As all pieces are bespoke and made to order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for changes of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and smoothly.

To help us, just email your order number, a brief description, and (if possible) a photo of the issue. Please hold off on returning anything until we’ve been in touch.
