Your Order Timeline
All our pieces are made to order – some with options for personalisation, others as part of our studio ranges. Once your order is confirmed, it's added straight to our workflow, and we aim to dispatch within 5-10 working days – although usually much sooner.
Have an urgent deadline? We can often shuffle things around to help – whether it's a forgotten birthday, a spontaneous celebration, or a last-minute surprise, we've got you covered. Just drop us a line before ordering.

– Free delivery on all orders over £30
– Flat rate of £3.50 for orders £30 and under
If you live within a 5-mile radius of the studio, we also offer free local delivery on all orders, or you can pop in and collect directly from the studio (by appointment only). This is perfect if you’d like to see where everything is made or perhaps discuss another idea.
Postal orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or another trusted courier, giving you the reassurance of regular updates. We also actively monitor orders from collection through to delivery, so all you need to do is sit back and eagerly await your delivery.
Gift Ready & Personal
Whether it's a treat for yourself or a gift for someone else, we have you covered – all our orders come beautifully packaged as standard. We pride ourselves on offering a service above the norm, something extra special.
For postal orders, if your order is a gift, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll remove all pricing from the paperwork – you can even include a short message for that extra personal touch. We understand these small details matter just as much as the contents.
Tracking & Care
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details and regular email updates. We actively monitor every order from studio to doorstep, so you don't have to.
UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days once your order leaves our Hampshire studio, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Returns & Peace of Mind
We want you to love your order – but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept returns or exchanges on standard items (non-personalised and not bespoke) under our 30-day Peace of Mind Returns Policy.
If anything is wrong with your order, please get in touch straight away and we'll put it right. We pride ourselves on our customer service and aftersales.
Please don't return items before speaking with us, as returns sent without Return Documentation cannot be accepted.
